What You Should Bring With You:
• Bring insurance card(s) and your co-pay, if you have one.
• All medications you use daily
   (prescription and non-precription, including nasal sprays, sinus medication, and/or nasal strips)
• Loose, comfortable clothes to sleep in
• Personal items (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc.) — your room includes a full private bathroom.
• Although pillows are provided, you may prefer to bring your own.

On the Day of the Sleep Study:
• You may take your medication, unless otherwise directed by your physician.
• Do not take any naps.
• Consume foods and drinks as you normally would, with the following exceptions:
   • No caffeinated food or beverages after noon
   • No alcoholic beverages after noon
• Eat dinner, shower, and remove make-up, lotions, oils, and hairspray.
• As equipment set-up is approximately one hour, please arrive on time for your
   scheduled appointment.

The Morning Following Your Sleep Study:
• Generally, studies end between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
• Should you have to leave by a certain time or will need to call for a ride,
   please let the technologist know upon your arrival.
• You may leave after the removal of your equipment.
