East Valley Center

We are located in the Three Falls Business Center at 4555 East Inverness #3 in Mesa, AZ

From U.S. 60:
Exit at Greenfield and go south. Turn left at the Qwik Trip on East Inverness and go .25 miles, we are on the right. Park near the waterfall.
From Baseline:
Take Baseline to one block east of Greenfield and turn north on East Inverness. You will curve to the left and Three Falls Business Center is on the left. Park near the waterfall.

We are located in the 4141 North 32nd Street Professional Plaza which is on the east side of 32nd Street just south of Campbell, in Phoenix, AZ.

Northbound on 51:
Exit at Highland. Turn right (east) to 24th Street, turn right (south) to Campbell, turn left (east) to 32nd Street, turn right (south) to 4141 N. 32nd Street on the left (east side). We are Suite 104.
Southbound on 51:
Exit at Colter. Turn left (east) to 24th Street, turn right (south) to E. Camelback Road, turn left (east) to 32nd Street, turn right (south) to 4141 N. 32nd Street on the left (east side). We are Suite 104.
From the 202:
Exit at 32nd Street and go north past Indian School and the Sleep Center will be on your right before you get to Campbell.

Northbound on I-17:
Take exit 214A toward Union Hills Dr. Turn slight left onto N. Blvd. Canyon Hwy. Turn left onto W. Union Hills Dr. The sleep center is on the right.
Southbound on I-17:
Take the AZ-101 Loop W. exit (214C). Merge onto AZ-101 Loop W. Take Exit 19 toward 59th Ave. Turn slight left onto W. Beardsley Rd. Turn left onto N. 59th Ave. Turn right onto W. Union Hills Dr. The sleep center is on the right.
Eastbound on I-10:
Take 1-10 East toward Phoenix. Take the AZ-101 Loop N. exit (133B). Merge onto AZ-101 Loop N. Take Union Hills Dr. exit (15). Make a U-turn at N. 63rd Ave. onto W. Union Hills Dr. The sleep center is on the right.
Eastbound on I-10:
Take exit 19 toward 59th Ave. Turn slight left onto W. Beardsley Rd. Turn left onto N. 59th Ave. Turn right onto W. Union Hills Dr. The sleep center is on the right.
